Led by Instructor Vida Alikani, Yoga & Meditation at Niosha Dance Academy will have movement as well as guided meditation to cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being.
We will gently build strength and increase flexibility and range of motion. I will incorporate some additional stress-reduction tools and energy-balancing techniques.
Each individual body and constitution is unique, and my teaching philosophy is to encourage each person to honor and explore that uniqueness.
